Q: Can I return items that doesn't fit? A: Of Course! Find return instructions on your packing slip or order summary. We will help you start a return if needed - Just ask! 

Q: Where is my order coming from? A: That depends! Some items are handmade and ship right from us (Grantsburg, WI)! We sell wholesale and drop ship. We have other local vendors (MN/WI). We also drop ship from vendors around the US. Our vendor relationships are very important and we will do our very best to make sure you get your order quick and safe! 

Q: I'm local - Can I pick up? A: This depends how quickly you want the product or if its an on-hand item. However - we are more than happy to work with you - Just reach out!
